Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MATERIAL PARA MANCAL DESLIZANTE"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um material para mancal deslizante com uma camada de apoio metálica dura e uma camada de deslizamento metálica, calandrada, de uma liga de alumínio com 10 até 25% de massa de estanho e com aditivos de cobre e níquel, que estão em contato imediato com o parceiro de deslizamento; o material para mancal deslizante é assim aperfeiçoado, tendo em vista a capacidade de carga e deformabilidade, que a liga de alumínio consiste em estanho, cobre, níquel e o restante em alumínio, e o cobre e níquel respectivamente apresentam uma fração de 0,2 até 2% de massa, e a proporção da fração percentual de massa de cobre para fração percentual de massa de níquel situa-se entre 0,6 e 1,5.
