Abstract
"REATOR DE LEITO FLUIDIZADO MULTI-DIVISóRIAS", compreendendo um reator de leito fluidizado que não causa retro-mistura e tem uma diferença adequada na altura do leito fluidizado entre os compartimentos a montante e a jusante. Uma parte vertical de um furo de conexão (9) para movimentar matérias-primas de um compartimento do lado a montante para um compartimento a jusante tem uma altura que é 1/4 da altura do leito fluidizado ou menos, um comprimento do furo de conexão (9) e 100 mm ou mais, num caso em que um bico injetor de gás injeta um gás para cima numa direção quase vertical, uma distância determinada entre uma entrada do furo de conexão (9) e uma superfície de extremidade de um bico a montante é maior que 150 mm e uma distância determinada entre uma saída do furo de conexão (9) e uma superfície de extremidade de um bico do lado a jusante é maior que 50 mm, num caso em que o bico injetor de gás injeta um gás numa direção quase horizontal, a distância determinada entre a entrada do furo de conexão (9) e a superfície de extremidade do bico de montante é maior que 200 mm e a distância determinada entre a saída do furo de conexão (9) e a superfície de extremidade do bico de jusante é maior que 100 mm, num caso em que o bico injetor de gás injeta um gás obliq³amente para baixo, a distância determinada entre a entrada do furo de conexão (9) e a superfície de extremidade do bico de montante é maior que 200 mm e a distância determinada entre a saída do furo de conexão (9) e a superfície de extremidade do bico a jusante é maior que 100 mm, e um ângulo formado por uma linha conectando uma parte de canto de uma superfície superior do furo de conexão (9) e uma abertura de injeção de gás com relação ao plano horizontal é maior que um ângulo de repouso dos finos de matéria-prima em qualquer das aberturas nos lados de montante e jusante do furo de conexão (9).
