Claims (16)
- 용융가스화 장치의 하부에 대략 등간격으로 이격된 노즐을 통해 측면으로부터 배출된 산소함유가스에 의해 유지되고 있는 유동상에서 적어도 대부분이 금속으로 구성되는 물질이 용융되며, 탄소캐리어 뿐만 아니라 상부로부터 용융될 물질이 도입되는 용융가스화 장치에 있어서, 유동상의 높이의 적어도 일부에 걸쳐서, 용융가스화 장치(7)는 서로 수직하는 방향에서 상이한 치수를 갖고 있는 수평단면을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융가스화 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인접노즐(8)간의 거리는 0.5와 2m 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융가스화 장치.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 보다 짧은 단면치수는 3과 5m 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융가스화 장치.
- 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 치수의 비는 2 : 1과 5 : 1 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융가스화 장치.
- 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산소함유가스는 100 내지 200m/s의 범위의 속도로 분출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융가스화 장치.
- 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조업중 용융가스화 장치의 내부압력은 2와 8바아 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융가스화 장치.
- 제1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산소함유가스용 노즐(8)은 0과 30° 사이의 각도로 하향으로 경사져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융가스화 장치.
- 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용융될 물질용 및/또는 탄소캐리어용의 수개의 연속적으로 배열된 입구(9, 14)는 보다 긴 단면치수의 방향에 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융가스화 장치.
- 제1항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 노즐은 두 개의 중첩된 수평면에 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융가스화 장치.

- 용융가스화 장치의 하부에 대략 등간격으로 이격된 노즐을 통해 측부로부터 분출된 산소함유가스에 의해 유지되고 있는 유동상에서 적어도 대부분이 금속으로 구성되는 물질이 용융되며, 탄소캐리어와 상부로부터 용융될 물질이 도입되는 용융가스화 장치에 있어서, 용융가스화 장치(7) 내로 측면으로부터 나와 있는 노즐(8, 8′)의 적어도 일부가 상기 벽영역을 넘어서 용융가스화 장치 용기속으로 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융가스화 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 매 세 번째 및 일곱 번째의 노즐(8, 8′)은 노즐면에서 용융가스화 장치내로 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융가스화 장치.
- 제13항 또는 14항에 있어서, 노즐(8, 8′)의 경사각은 단면표면을 고려하여 ±15°만큼 상호 조정가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 용융가스화 장치.
- 제1항 내지 15항 중 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 환형 삽입구(15, 15′)는 용융가스화 장치내의 노즐(8, 8′)면 위에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융가스화 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
