Abstract

"SISTEMA PARA DIMINUIR INTERRUPçõES INTERMITENTES EM UM SISTEMA DE RADIODIFUSãO DE áUDIO, PROCESSOS PARA DIMINUIR INTERRUPçõES INTERMITENTES EM UMA RADIODIFUSãO DE áUDIO, PARA RADIODIFUSãO EM BANDA SOBRE CANAL, E PARA RECEBER UM SINAL DE RADIODIFUSãO, RECEPTOR PARA UM SINAL DE RADIODIFUSãO, E, TRANSMISSOR DE RADIODIFUSãO EM BANDA SOBRE CANAL". Um sistema (100) para diminuir interrupções intermitentes em um sistema de radiodifusão de áudio é fornecido em que um sinal de rádio primário e um sinal de rádio redundante são transmitidos de um sub-sistema transmissor (120) e recebidos por um sub-sistema receptor (140). A saída (112) de uma fonte de rádio (110) é acoplada à um modulador (160) para modular um sinal de radiofreq³ência (162) para acoplar a uma antena de transmissão (172). Uma segunda saída (114) de fonte de áudio (110) é acoplada à um circuito de atraso (116), para adicionar um predeterminado atraso de tempo nele. O sinal da fonte de áudio atrasado é acoplado a um modulador (164) para modular um segundo sinal de radiofreq³ência (166) que é tambem acoplado à antena de transmissão (172). O sub-sistema receptor (140) recebe ambos o sinal de rádio primário e o sinal de rádio reduntante atrasado e acopla cada um a um respectivo desmodulador (180, 182). Pelo menos desmodulador (180) inclui um circuito (181) para determinar a degradação no sinal de rádio primário e fornece um sinal de saída de medição de qualidade (186) a um circuito de controle de mistura (190). O sinal de áudio primário recuperado do desmodulador (180) é acoplado a um segundo circuito de atraso (184), o atraso de tempo do segundo circuito de atraso (184) sendo substancialmente igual ao atraso de tempo do circuito de atraso (116).
