Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A SìNTESE DE CICLOPROPILACETILENO E COMPOSTO" A presente invenção refere-se, de forma geral, a métodos inovadores para a síntese de ciclopropilacetileno, que é um reagente essencial na síntese assimétrica de (S)-6-cloro-4-ciclopropiletinil-4-trifluorometil-1,4-di-hidro-2H-3,1-benzo xazina-2-ona; um inibidor útil de transcritase reversa do vírus da imunodeficiência humana (HIV). No processo, ciclopropano carboxaldeído é condensado com ácido malónico, a fim de formar ácido 3-ciclopropilacrílico; ácido 3-ciclopropilacrílico é halogenado para formar (E,Z)-1-halo-2-ciclopropiletileno; e (E,Z)-1-halo-2-ciclopropiletileno é desidro-halogenado, a fim de formar ciclopropil acetileno. Este melhoramento proporciona alta conversão de materiais iniciais facilmente disponíveis e de baixo custo em ciclopropilacetileno, altas produções globais e pode ser conduzido em escala industrial.
