Abstract

Данное изобретение относится к новым способам синтеза циклопропилацетилена, который является существенным реагентом в асимметрическом синтезе (S)-6-хлор-4-циклопропилэтинил-4-трифторметил-1,4-дигидро-2H-3,1-бензоксазин-2-она; полезного ингибитора обратной транскриптазы вируса иммунодефицита (ВИЧ) человека. В этом способе циклопропанкарбоксальдегид конденсируется с малоновой кислотой, образуя 3-циклопропилакриловую кислоту; 3-циклопропилакриловая кислота галогенируется с образованием (E,Z)-1-галоген-2-циклопропилэтилен, и (E,Z)-1-галоген-2-циклопропилэтилен дегидрогалогенируется с образованием циклопропилацетилена. Данное усовершенствование обеспечивает высокую конверсию недорогих, легко доступных исходных материалов в циклопропилацетилен, высокие общие выходы, и способы могут проводиться в промышленном масштабе.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
