"SISTEMA DE MEDIçãO DE AUDIêNCIA DE TELEVISãO, PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA IDENTIFICAR UM PROGRAMA DE TELEVISãO SELECIONADO POR UM ESPECTADOR, E, AGENTE DE SOFTWARE ARMAZENADO EM MEMóRIA EM ASSOCIAçãO COM UM EQUIPAMENTO DE TELEVISãO DIGITAL". Trata-se de um sistema de medição de audiência de televisão que mede a visualização de um programa de televisão visualizado numa televisão digital localizada numa instalação estatisticamente selecionada mediante (i) recuperação de um pacote de dados de medição de audiência de um aparelho de televisão de forma a identificar o programa de televisão, (ii) detecção de um código de áudio embutido no programa de televisão de forma a identificar o programa de televisão, (iii) extração de uma assinatura de áudio do programa de televisão de forma a identificar o programa de televisão, (iv) identificação do programa de televisão mediante utilização de um agente de software, e (v) seleção de pelo menos um dos, dispositivo de recuperação, dispositivo de detecção, dispositivo de extração, e agente de software, de forma a identificar o programa de televisão.
