Abstract

"PROCESSOS PARA PRODUZIR UM ARTIGO MOLDADO E UM CORPO COMPóSITO, ARTIGO MOLDADO, CORPO COMPóSITO, USO DE UM ARTIGO MOLDADO, SEPARADOR, ELETRóLITO SóLIDO, ELETRODO, SENSOR, JANELA ELETROCRÈMICA, MOSTRADOR, CAPACITOR OU FOLHA CONDUTORA DE ìON, E, CéLULA ELETROQUìMICA E USO DA MESMA Um processo para produzir um artigo moldado, preferivelmente um artigo moldado do tipo chapa, que compreende as seguintes etapas: I) Composição e extrusão por fusão de uma mistura I que compreende uma combinação II que contém: a) de 1 a 95% em peso de pelo menos um pigmento III que tem um tamanho da partícula primária de 5 nm a 20 <109>m, que é selecionado do grupo que consiste de um sólido IIIa eletroquimicamente inerte, um composto IIIb que durante a carga é capaz de gerar íons lítio e um composto IIIc que durante a carga é capaz de absorver íons lítio e uma mistura do sólido IIIa com o composto IIIb ou composto IIIc, b) de 5 a 99% em peso de pelo menos um aglutinante polimérico IV, e c) de 0 a 200% em peso com base na quantidade total dos componentes a) e b), de pelo menos um plastificante V, em que a proporção em peso da combinação II na mistura I é de 1 a 100% em peso, e em que as misturas I compreendendo as combinações II que contém, como o aglutinante polimérico IV, um copolímero de fluoreto de vinilideno (VdF) e hexafluoropropileno (HFP) que tem um teor de HFP de 8 a 25% em peso e, como o plastificante V, um composto selecionado do grupo que consiste de ftalato de dibutila, ftalato de dimetila, ftalato de dietila, tris(butóxietil)fosfato, carbonato de propileno, carbonato de etileno, trimelitato de trimetila e as misturas destes sendo excluídas.
