Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"COMPOSIçãO DE LIGA DE ALUMìNIO E PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO"<D> A injeção refere-se a uma folha de alumínio reciclável. A folha é fabricada de uma liga contendo 0,2%-0,5% de Si, 0,4%-0,8% Fe, 0,1%-0,3% Cu, e 0,05%-0,3% Mn em peso com o equilíbrio de alumínio e impurezas incidentais. A folha contém pelo menos cerca de 2% em peso de particulas reforçadoras e tem pelo menos cerca de 0,1% em peso do cobre e/ou manganês retido em solução sólida. A invenção também refere-se a um processo de fabricação de uma folha de alumínio com base em uma liga que envolve fundição contínua de uma liga da composição acima para formação de uma folha de liga, bobinação da dita folha de liga, laminação fria da folha de liga, inter-recozimento da liga após um primeiro passo da laminação fria; e ainda laminação a frio da liga para uma medida final desejada. A folha, que é apropriada para uso doméstico, tem resistência aperfeiçoada devido a uma maior quantidade de dispersóides fortificada por elementos em soluçãio sólida, e pode ser reciclada com outras aparas de liga.
