Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B> VáLVULA DE INJEçãO DE COMBUSTìVEL"<D> A invenção refere-se a uma válvula de injeção de combustível, a qual possui um corpo de base metálica que se estende sobre todo comprimento exial, o qual novamente consiste de um núcleo/pólo interno (2) e de uma superfície lateral de válvula (14). O pólo interno é, neste caso, produzido por meio de extrusão e abrange uma tubuladura de entrada de válvula, o núcleo (2) propriamente dito do circuito eletromagnético, um ponto de estrangulamento magnético (8) e uma região para a condução do induzido (22). Em contraste, a superfície lateral de válvula (14) é produzida por meio de repuxamento profundo. A superfície lateral de válvula (14) serve, além da função como componente de carcaça, também como suporte de sede de válvula. Entre a superfície lateral de válvula (14) e o pólo interno (2) é formado um espaço intermediário (15), no qual é diposta um bobina magnética (1) vedada por meio de um anel de vedação (37) e, com isto, seca. A válvula de injeção de combustível apropria-se especialmente para o uso em sistemas de injeção de combustível de motores de combustão interna, compressores de mistura, de ignição externa.
