Patente de Invenção:<B>"COBERTURA DE BEBIDA".<D> A invenção refere-se ao uso de leite concentrado e aerado congelado para preparar uma bebida quente tendo uma cobertura à base de leite espumado mediante a adição de um produto fluido. A invenção também refere-se a um produto compreendendo uma base de bebida aromatizada e concentrados de leite congelados constituindo porções separadas distintas do produto, o leite congelado incorpora gás, o produto oferecendo uma bebida aromatizada tendo uma cobertura de leite espumado mediante adição de um líquido e fusão.
