Abstract

Se describe la utilizacion de leche concentrada congelada y aireada para preparar una bebida caliente que tenga una cubierta a base de leche espumosadespués de la adicion de un producto fluido. También se describe un producto que comprende una based e bebida de sabor y concentrados de leche congeladaconstituyendo porciones separadas distintas del producto, la leche congelada incorporando gas, y el producto proporcionando una bebida de sabor que tiene unacubierta espumosa después de la adicionde un líquido y la fusion. Finalmente se describe un paquete que contiene dicho producto.
