Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MONITORAçãO DE CORROSãO". Uma amostra de aço para teste 1 para monitorar a corrosão de um membro de metal sob condições de transferência de calor em uma usina real, é feita do mesmo material daquele do membro de metal da usina real. A amostra de aço para teste 1 é provida com um elemento de aquecimento tipo chapa 4, que é totalmente ligado à superfície traseira da amostra de aço para teste 1pelos adesivos 5. O elemento de aquecimento tipo chapa 4 é uma chapa compreendendo um resistor de aquecimento 2 feito de lâmina metálica fina que é planejada em formato de ziguezague e uma resina sintética de isolamento 4a, onde o resistor de aquecimento 2 é moldado na resina sintética 4a. As extremidades de dois fios condutores revestidos 3 são também moldadas na resina sintética 4a. Os núcleos dos fios condutores revestidos 3 estendem-se até o lado externo das partes revestidas, e são conectados a ambos terminais do resistor de aquecimento 2, respectivamente. A amostra de aço para teste 1 é colocada em contato com fluido corrosivo, e a corrente para o resistor de aquecimento 2 é controlada em um tal modo que a amostra de aço para teste 1 seja submetida às mesmas condições de transferência de calor como aquela do objeto de monitoração. As peças de metal 21, 21', para permitir a monitoração sob condições de simulação do meio ambiente em que o problema de corrosão é suscetível de ocorrer, em uma usina real, são soldados em uma parte de soldagem por pontos 23 e existe uma fissura entre as partes de metal 21, 21'. Uma extremidade de um fio condutor revestido 26 para medição de potencial é conectada à parte de metal 21 por leve soldagem ou similar, e a parte conectada é revestida por material isolante. Um elemento de aquecimento tipo chapa 22 é ligado à superfície externa da peça de metal 21 por adesivos e revestido por material isolante 25. As amostras de aço para teste 31 são imersas em água de teste e o potencial entre um elétrodo de referência 33 e a amostra de aço para teste é medido para monitorar a corrosão.
