Patente de Invenção: <B>''PROCESSO DE ELABORAçãO DE UMA CHAPA FINA DE AçO DE CARBONO ULTRABAIXO PARA A REALIZAçãO DE PRODUTOS EMBUTIDOS PARA EMBALAGEM E CHAPA FINA OBTIDA''. Elabora-se um aço aclamado e desgaseificado sob vácuo de carbono muito baixo que contém em peso, entre 0,10 e 0,35% de manganês, menos de 0,006% de nitrogênio, menos de 0,025% de fósforo, menos de 0,020% de enxofre, menos de 0,020% de silício, no máximo 0,08% de pelo menos um dos elementos cobre, níquel e cromo, assim como alumínio. Vaza-se o aço sob a forma de uma placa, lamina-se a placa a quente para que se obtenha uma chapa laminada a quente, lamina-se a frio a chapa laminada a quente, lamina-se a frio a chapa laminada a quente em duas operações de laminação separadas por um recozimento contínuo. O aço contém no máximo 0,006% em peso de carbono e 0.010% de aluminio e chapa laminada a quente é bobinada a uma temperatura inferior a 620‹C. De preferência, o aço é acalmado por misturação com uma escória que contem quantidade ajustada de alumínio e de alumina.
