Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"CATALISADOR DA OXIDAçãO DE AMÈNIA COMPREENDENDO óXIDO DE ALUMìNIO, óXIDO DE BISMUTO E óXIDO DE MANGANêS"<D>. Catalisador reivindicado para ser usado para produzir óxido nitroso mediante a oxidação de amónia com oxigênio. A invenção se dirige-se a fornecer catalisadores apresentando uma atividade elevada, quando o conteúdo de oxigênio na mistura de reação está próximo ou inferior a uma estequiometria e a seletividade elevada com respeito ao óxido nitroso e a seletividade baixa com respeito ao óxido de nitrogênio. A composição catalisadora é como se segue, % em massa: óxido de manganês (referido como MnO~ 2~) de 5,0 a 35,0; óxido de bismuto de 4,5 a 30,0; óxido de alumínio de 35,0 a 90,5; área superficial específica é de 5 a 80 m²/g.
