Abstract
"MéTODO PARA PREPARAçãO DE DISPERSõES DEPEQUENAS PARTìCULAS EM UM PRECURSOR POLIMéRICO".Método para preparação de uma dispersão de pequenaspartículas em um precursor polimérico, cujo método consiste emfornecer uma mistura de um material particulado e um surfactanteem um solvente não-aquoso, formando uma dispersão do materialparticulado no solvente não-aquoso, combinando a dispersão dematerial particulado resultante no solvente não-aquoso com omaterial precursor, e aquecimento da dispersão de materialparticulado e do material precursor, com agitação, a umatemperatura suficiente para volatilizar o solvente não-aquoso. Osurfactante é solúvel no solvente não-aquoso e é adaptado paraestabilizar o material particulado contra aglomeração. o solventenão-aquoso solubiliza o precursor polimérico próximo ao ponto deebulição do solvente não-aquoso. O ponto de ebulição do solventenão-aquoso é mais alto do que a temperatura na qual o precursorpolimérico deve ser adicionado e mais baixo do que a temperaturana qual o precursor polimérico polimeriza ou se decompõe. Emalgumas modalidades, o material particulado é um materialinorgânico. O material inorgânico por exemplo, deve ser um materialferroelétrico, como titanato de bário ou titanato de chumbo. Emoutras modalidades, o material particulado é um materialferromagnético, como magnetita ou ferrita de bário.
