Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA LIXAMENTO NãO ARREDONDADO DE FORMAS DE EXCêNTRICOS COM FLANCOS CÈNCAVOS"<D>. São sugeridos um processo e um dispositivo para o lixamento de excêntricos, exibindo flancos cóncavos, de um eixo de excêntrico sob a utilização de um disco de lixamento de diâmetro menor, o qual é instalado pelo menos para o lixamento de acabamento. O eixo do disco de lixamento se desenvolve de forma inclinada em relação à reta de orientação do eixo de excêntrico e sob o mesmo ângulo é direcionado o disco de lixamento. Para que se alcance uma superfície de desenvolvimento livre o disco de lixamento é conduzido ao longo de um eixo de impulso desenvolvido de forma vertical em relação ao eixo de posicionamento, portanto com dependência do posicionamento de rotação do eixo de excêntrico e do posicionamento sobre o eixo de posicionamento.
