Abstract
''ELEMENTO DE ABSORçãO DE SOM; PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO E USO DESTE ELEMENTO''. A invenção refere-se a um elemento de absorção de som incluindo uma lâmina de material com furos na mesma e um processo para fabricar a mesma, no qual a lâmina de material é auto sustentável e os furos são microfendas (1) dispostas a distâncias pré-determinadas uma da outra no comprimento e na largura da lâmina, na qual pelo menos parte da lâmina perto de cada fenda foi parcialmente prensada no plano do material. O processo de fabricação de acordo com a invenção inclui que uma lâmina de material é trabalhada por uma ferramenta de cisalhamento, que é desenhada para citar microfendas aplicando uma pressão suficientemente alta em localizações pré-determinadas na lâmina na qual a lâmina de material parcialmente se quebra e pelo menos uma parte da lâmina perto de cada microfenda é prensada no plano do material.
