Abstract

"PROCESSO E MOINHO DE ROLOS PARA SECAGEM E MOAGEM DE MATERIAL DE ALIMENTAçãO úMIDO". A invenção se refere à secagem e à moagem de material de alimentação úmido em um moinho de rolos vertical, no qual o materialf de alimentação úmido é transferido para uma mesa de moagem por meio de uma entrada de material novo, o material cominuído é transportado para um separador por uma corrente de gás quente ascendente e é assim seco e dele o rejeito é separado e retornado para a mesa de moagem. Para que seja possível assegurar uma transferência operacional confiável de material novo para a mesa de moagem substancialmente sem incrustação, é conduzida uma pré-secagem do material de alimentação úmido na disposição de transferência de material novo, na região antes da mesa de moagem, por um lado, introduzindo gás quente na disposição de transferência de material novo e, por outro lado, misturando rejeito proveniente do separador a ar com o material de alimentação novo.
