Abstract

<B>APARELHO PARA FABRICAçãO DE SUTURA FIXADA POR AGULHA<D>. Um objetivo da presente invenção é fornecer um aparelho de fabricar sutura fixada por agulha, com uma construção simples e custo reduzido, capaz de inserir, de forma segura, a extremidade avançada de uma sutura em um orifício de inserção formado na extremidade de uma agulha antes da extremidade da agulha ser estampada. Para realiar o objetivo acima, um dispositivo de estampagem de agulha 20 deste aparelho inclui elementos de suporte de matriz 101 e 102 nos quais matrizae de estampagem 111 e 112 são montados para serem móveis em direção e se afastamento um do outro. Placas de guia de sutura 95 e 96 são montadas nos elementos de suporte de matriz 101 e 102 e são formadas com entalhes de guia 95a e 96b, respectivamente. Antes de uma operação de estampagem da extremidade de agulha pelas matrizes de estampagem 111 e 112, as placas de guia de sutura 95 e 96 se movem até um estado de contato ou até um estado de contato próximo entre si quando as matrizes de estampagem 111 e 112 são ajustadas para uma posição pré-estampagem em contato com ou em contato estreito com a extremidade da agulha. Neste estado, os entalhes de guia 95a e 96b definem um orifício afilado (semelhante a funil) guiar a inserção da extremidade avançada de sutura para dentro do orifício de inserção na extremidade da agulha.
