Abstract
MÉTODO DE PREPARAÇÃO DE (4-ISOPROPOXI-2-METIL)FENILISOPROPIL CETONA. A invenção refere-se a um método de preparação de (4-isopropoxi-2-metil) fenilisopropilcetona, particularmente o método de preparação inclui: reação de m-cresol com tiocianato na presença de um catalisador para obter um produto A; reação do produto A com haloisopropano na presença de uma base e um catalisador para obter um produto B; reação do produto B com haleto de isopropil magnésio e tratamento para obter (4-isopropoxi-2-metil) fenil isopropil cetona. A pureza da (4-isopropoxi-2-metil) fenil isopropil cetona preparada pelas etapas acima é superior a 99% e o rendimento total é superior a 79%. O método de acordo com a presente invenção evita o uso de reagentes tóxicos e a geração de uma grande quantidade de águas residuais ácidas, reduz a temperatura da reação e melhora o rendimento da reação. A rota do processo é simples e eficiente, e o custo é reduzido. A pureza do produto resultante é alta, a segurança da produção é bastante aprimorada e o método é fácil de industrializar.
