Abstract

SISTEMA PARA BENEFICIAMENTO DE PARTÍCULAS FINAS E MUITO FINAS DE MINÉRIO DE FERRO. A presente invenção refere-se a sistemas e métodos para o beneficiamento de partículas finas e muito finas de minério de ferro. O sistema inclui um primeiro separador do tipo de correia triboelétrico e eletrostático (BSS), que recebe e processa uma corrente de partículas, com um tamanho de partícula médio (d50) inferior a 75 mícrons, para gerar um concentrado rico em ferro. O sistema e o método não usam água e são conduzidos em uma rota metalúrgica totalmente seca. O sistema também inclui pelo menos um dispositivo de classificação pneumática, que recebe e processa uma corrente de alimentação de partículas para dotar a corrente de partículas com um tamanho de partícula médio (d50) inferior a 75 mícrons. O sistema também inclui um sistema de secador e desaglomerador, que recebe uma corrente de alimentação de partículas, e processa a corrente de alimentação de partículas para dotar a corrente de partículas com uma umidade inferior a 2%.
