Abstract

MÉTODO DE CORTE A GÁS PARA CORTAR MATERIAL DE AÇO E MÉTODO DE PRODUÇÃO DE MATERIAL DE AÇO. Um objetivo é fornecer um método de corte a gás para cortar um material de aço e um método de produção de material de aço no qual, de materiais de aço dispostos em proximidade, um material de aço a ser cortado pode ser cortado eficientemente sem danificar um outro material de aço adjacente a ele. Um método de corte a gás para cortar um material de aço inclui dispor um material de aço e um outro material de aço em proximidade, definir uma região de pré-aquecimento no um material de aço de tal forma que uma chama de pré-aquecimento aplicada a ele não atinja o outro material de aço, pré-aquecer o um material de aço aplicando a chama de pré-aquecimento à região de pré-aquecimento, e cortar a gás o um material de aço movendo um oxigênio de corte da região de pré-aquecimento através de um limite entre o um material de aço e o outro material de aço até que o oxigênio de corte entre no outro material de aço. A região de pré-aquecimento é preferencialmente ajustada de tal forma que uma borda externa da chama de pré-aquecimento esteja a pelo menos 2 mm de distância do outro material de aço.
