Claims (1)
- 製品の端面に於ける上下何れかの表面にテーパー切断するガス切断方法であって、
被切断材の端面を該被切断材に対し略垂直に配置された第1のガス切断火口によって捨て切りして被切断材を予熱すると共に該第1のガス切断火口に接近して配置された第2のガス切断火口によって捨て切りされたスクラップを切り離す第1の捨て切り工程と、
前記第2のガス切断火口から所定寸法離隔した位置に予め設定されたテーパー角度と略等しい角度で且つ目的のテーパー切断面よりもスクラップ側を切断するように配置された第3のガス切断火口によって表面をテーパー状に捨て切りして予熱する第2の捨て切り工程と、
前記第3のガス切断火口に接近して且つ目的のテーパー切断面に沿って配置された第4のガス切断火口によって被切断材の表面をテーパー切断するテーパー切断工程と、
前記第4のガス切断火口に接近して配置された開先切断火口群を有し前記第1の捨て切り工程で捨て切りされた被切断材の端面に対し開先切断する開先切断工程と、
を含むことを特徴とするガス切断方法。
