Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO PARA AVALIAR UM PRODUTO FARMACÊUTICO, MÉTODOS PARA AVALIAR A QUALIDADE UM PRODUTO FARMACÊUTICO, PARA ANALISAR UMA AMOSTRA E PARA MEDIR UM TEMPO DE RETENÇÃO DE COLUNA DE CROMATOGRAFIA, E, COMPOSTO. A presente invenção provê uma substância relacionada de ácido (3S)-3-(4-(3-(1,4-dioxaspiro[4,5]dec-7-en-8-il)benziloxi)fenil)hex-4-inoico, e um método para avaliar a qualidade de ácido (3S)-3-(4-(3-(1,4-dioxaspiro[4,5]dec-7-en-8-il)benziloxi)fenil)hex-4-inoico usando o mesmo. De acordo com a presente invenção, é possível avaliar a qualidade e a estabilidade de uma composição farmacêutica compreendendo ácido (3S)-3-(4-(3-(1,4-dioxaspiro[4,5]dec-7-en-)8-il)benziloxi)fenil)hex-4-inoico usando um composto da fórmula 2 ou um sal do mesmo como padrão de referência.
