Abstract

USO DE ATIVADORES DE FGF EM MEIOS DE CULTURA. A presente invenção serefere, em parte, a um meio de cultura de células que compreende um meio livre de soro e um ou mais ativadores de fator de crescimento de fibroblasto (FGF), um kit compreendendo o meio de cultura de células e instruções para uso, métodos de crescimento de células in vitro e de produção de uma carne cultivada usando o meio de cultura de células, e uma carne cultivada assim produzida.
