Abstract
SISTEMA DE COLORAÇÃO AUTOMATIZADO E CÂMARA DE REAÇÃO. A presente invenção refere-se à montagem de processador que inclui um módulo central operável para expor uma amostra em uma lâmina; um módulo de coloração operável para aplicar um corante à amostra exposta; e um mecanismo de transferência robótico para transferir a lâmina do módulo central para o módulo de coloração. Além disso, um aparelho que inclui um corpo retangular com uma extremidade traseira aberta e uma extremidade frontal oposta; um flange que tem um primeiro lado e um segundo lado, em que o primeiro lado do flange é acoplado à extremidade frontal do corpo; e um par de pernas que se estende a partir do segundo lado do flange, em que o par de pernas é operável para engatar nas bordas laterais opostas de uma lâmina. Um método que compreende: expor uma amostra em uma lâmina em um módulo central de uma montagem de processador; transferir roboticamente a lâmina do módulo central da montagem de processador para um módulo de coloração da montagem de processador; aplicar um reagente à amostra exposta no módulo de coloração por um processo de impressão a jato de tinta térmico; e após a aplicação do reagente, transferir roboticamente a lâmina de volta ao módulo central.
