UVAS-DO-MONTE FUNDIDAS E MÉTODOS DE PREPARO. A presente invenção refere-se a uvas-do-monte secas com teor de açúcar reduzido, enquanto mantendo uma doçura e uma textura desejadas, aos métodos de preparo de tais uvas-do-monte secas.
