Abstract

SISTEMA DE EXAUSTÃO E CARACTERÍSTICAS DO MESMO. Um sistema de exaustão que inclui um conversor catalítico, o sistema de redução catalítica seletiva, um silenciador e, para certas aplicações, um filtro de partículas diesel, cada um incluindo ao menos um filtro que apresenta um elemento de aquecimento elétrico, um revestimento metálico e uma pluralidade de hastes de metal que se estendem através do mesmo. A combinação de elementos é configurada para aquecer os alojamentos internos do sistema de exaustão e interromper a direção do fluxo dos gases de exaustão que contêm gases tóxicos e poluentes nocivos e auxiliar na remoção e/ou redução dos ditos gases e poluentes tóxicos.
