Claims (14)
- 触媒コンバータであって、
入力ポートと出力ポートで定められた外部シェルと、
当該触媒コンバータへ入り込む有毒ガス及び粒子状物質を加熱し、当該触媒コンバータから出る前に前記有毒ガス及び粒子状物質を少なくとも減少又は除去するように構成されて前記外部シェル内に配置される少なくとも1つのヒータと、
を備える触媒コンバータ。 - 請求項1に記載の触媒コンバータであって、前記外部シェルから離間する第2シェルと、前記外部シェルと前記第2シェルとの間に配置される複数の磁石をさらに備える、触媒コンバータ。
- 請求項1に記載の触媒コンバータであって、
複数のヒータが前記外部シェル内に配置され、
第1ヒータは前記入口ポート付近に配置され、
第2ヒータは前記出口ポート付近に配置される、
触媒コンバータ。 - 請求項1に記載の触媒コンバータであって、前記少なくとも1つのヒータに隣接して配置されるディスラプタプレートをさらに備える、触媒コンバータ。
- 請求項1に記載の触媒コンバータであって、前記外部シェル内において前記入口ポートと前記出口ポートとの間に配置されて、当該触媒コンバータの内部温度の維持を容易にするために貴金属でコーティング及び/又は貴金属が噴霧されるフィルタをさらに備える、触媒コンバータ。
- 電気加熱部が少なくとも部分的に内部に配置され、かつ金属コーティングを有して該金属コーティングを貫通する複数の金属ロッドを含むフィルタが内部に配置される筐体を含む触媒コンバータと、
内部に電気加熱部が少なくとも部分的に配置され、金属コーティングを有して該金属コーティングを貫通する複数の金属ロッドを含むフィルタが内部に配置される筐体を含む選択的触媒還元システムと、
マフラーと、
を含む排気システム。 - 請求項6に記載の排気システムであって、前記触媒コンバータは、該触媒コンバータないに配置される第1フィルタと第2フィルタを含む、排気システム。
- 請求項6に記載の排気システムであって、
前記触媒コンバータの前記筐体は、第1筐体と、該第1筐体内に配置されて前記第1筐体から離間する第2筐体とを含み、
前記触媒コンバータは、前記第1筐体と前記第2筐体との間に配置される複数の磁石をさらに含む、
排気システム。 - 請求項6に記載の排気システムであって、前記選択的触媒還元システムの前記フィルタは、該フィルタ内に配置される複数の磁石をさらに含む、排気システム。
- 請求項6に記載の排気システムであって、前記マフラーは、筐体と、金属コーティングを有して前記筐体内で相互に離間する複数のプレートを含む、排気システム。
- 内部に電気加熱部が少なくとも部分的に配置され、金属コーティングを有して該金属コーティングを貫通する複数の金属ロッドを含むフィルタが内部に配置される筐体を含む触媒コンバータと、
内部に電気加熱部が少なくとも部分的に配置され、金属コーティングを有して該金属コーティングを貫通する複数の金属ロッドを含むフィルタが内部に配置される筐体を含むディーゼル微粒子フィルタと、
内部に電気加熱部が少なくとも部分的に配置され、金属コーティングを有して該金属コーティングを貫通する複数の金属ロッドを含むフィルタが配置された筐体を含む選択的触媒還元システムと、
マフラーと、
を含む排気システム。 - 請求項11に記載の排気システムであって、
前記触媒コンバータの前記筐体は、第1筐体と、該第1筐体内に配置されて前記第1筐体から離間する第2筐体とを含み、
前記触媒コンバータは、前記第1筐体と前記第2筐体との間に配置される複数の磁石をさらに含む、
排気システム。 - 請求項11に記載の排気システムであって、前記ディーゼル微粒子フィルタの前記フィルタ及び前記選択的触媒還元システムの前記フィルタの各々は、該フィルタ内に配置される複数の磁石をさらに含む、排気システム。
- 請求項11に記載の排気システムであって、前記マフラーは、筐体と、金属コーティングを有して前記筐体内で相互に離間する複数のプレートを含む、排気システム。
