Abstract
metais de enchimento de brasagem à base de ferro de baixa fusão para aplicações em trocador de calor. a presente invenção refere-se a ligas de enchimento de brasagem à base de ferro tendo faixas de temperatura de fusão inesperadamente estreitas, baixas temperaturas de sólidos e baixas temperaturas de líquidos, conforme determinado pela calorimetria exploratória diferencial (dsc), enquanto exibe resistência à corrosão a altas temperaturas, bom molhamento e espalhamento, sem formação significativa deletéria de boretos no metal base, e que pode ser soldado abaixo de 1.100°c contém: a) níquel em uma quantidade de 0% a 35% em peso, b) cromo em uma quantidade de 0% a 25% em peso, c) silício em uma quantidade de 4% a 9% em peso, d) fósforo em uma quantidade de 5% a 11% em peso, e) boro em uma quantidade de 0% a 1% em peso, e f) o restante sendo ferro, as porcentagens de a) a f) somando até 100% em peso. as ligas de enchimento de brasagem ou metais têm resistência suficiente à corrosão a alta temperatura para suportar condições de alta temperatura dos resfriadores de recirculação de gás de exaustão.
