Abstract

Aleaciones de aportación de soldadura fuerte a base de hierro que tienen intervalos de temperatura de fusión inesperadamente estrechos, temperaturas solidus y liquidus bajas, determinadas por Calorimetría de Barrido Diferencial (DSC), mientras que exhibe resistencia a la corrosión a alta temperatura, buena humectación y extensión y dispersión, sin efecto dañino de formación significativa de boruro en el metal base y que puede soldarse por debajo de 1,100°C que contiene: a) níquel en una cantidad de 0% a 35% en peso, b) cromo en una cantidad de 0% a 25% en peso, c) silicio en una cantidad de 4% a 9% en peso, d) fósforo en una cantidad de 5% a 11% en peso, e) boro en una cantidad de 0% a 1% en peso y f) siendo el resto hierro, sumando los porcentajes de a) a f) hasta 100% en peso. Las aleaciones o metales de aportación de soldadura fuerte tienen suficiente resistencia a la corrosión por temperatura alta para soportar condiciones de alta temperatura de los Enfriadores de Recirculación de Gas de Exhaustación.
