Abstract

LIGA DE CONJUNTO DE ALETAS DE ALTA CONDUTIVIDADE, MéTODO DE PRODUçãO E PRODUTO RESULTANTE. A presente invenção refere-se a uma liga de um conjunto de aletas de alta condutividade que é para trocadores de calor de alumínio soldado. Conjunto de aletas compreende uma liga de alumínio compreendida dentre cerca de 0,7-1,2% de Si; cerca de 1,9-2,4% de Fe; cerca de 0,6-1,0% de Mn; até cerca de 0,5% de Mg; até cerca de 2,5% de Zn; até cerca de 0,10% de Ti; e até cerca de 0,05% de In; com o restante compreendendo Al e as impurezas toleráveis. Método para produção de um conjunto de aletas a partir da liga de alumínio precedente lingotar-se continuamente a liga como uma tira com uma espessura de cerca de 2-10 mm a uma taxa média de resfriamento acima de cerca de 300 <198>C/s.
