Abstract
ESTRUTURA FRONTAL PARA UM VEÍCULO ELÉTRICO E MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR UMA ESTRUTURA FRONTAL. A presente invenção se refere a uma estrutura frontal (1) para um veículo elétrico (16) e um método para produzir uma estrutura frontal (1). A estrutura frontal (1) para um veículo elétrico (16), compreende um painel de instrumentos inferior (3) separando uma cabine de passageiros (5) e um compartimento de motor frontal (7), um membro cruzado de assento (9) estendendo-se na direção transversal e sendo fixado em ambas as extremidades a uma estrutura de reforço lateral (17) e um nariz de túnel (15) compreendendo: uma parte frontal (21) pelo menos fixada ao painel de instrumentos inferior (3), uma parte traseira (23) pelo menos fixada ao membro cruzado do assento (9), em que o produto da resistência máxima à tração pela espessura média da parte traseira (23) é maior ou igual ao produto da resistência máxima à tração pela espessura média da parte frontal (21) e em que a parte frontal (21) é feita de um material com uma deformação à fratura de pelo menos 0,6 e um ângulo de flexão crítico de pelo menos 75º.
