Abstract

lâmina de aço com alta resistibilidade e alta formabilidade e método para fabricar uma lâmina de aço com alta resistibilidade e alta formabilidade. uma lâmina de aço com alta resistibilidade e alta formabilidade de acordo com um aspecto da presente invenção compreende, em % em peso, 0,05-0,15% de carbono (c), maior que 0 e 0,4% ou menos de silício (si), 4,0-9,0% de manganês (mn), maior que 0 e 0,3% ou menos de alumínio (al), 0,02% ou menos de fósforo (p), 0,005% ou menos de enxofre (s), 0,006% ou menos de nitrogênio (n), e o restante de ferro (fe) e outras impurezas inevitáveis. a lâmina de aço possui uma microestrutura composta por ferrita e austenita residual. o tamanho de grão da microestrutura é de 3 µm ou menos. a lâmina de aço tem um limite de elasticidade (ys) de 800 mpa ou mais, uma resistência à tração (ts) de 980 mpa ou mais, um alongamento (el) de 25% ou mais e uma taxa de expansão do furo (her) de 20% ou mais.
