Abstract

Una porción de material base tiene una composición que contiene, en % en masa, C: 0.02 a 0.08%, Si: 0.001 a 1.0%, Mn: 0.1 a 2.0%, P: 0.1% o menos, Al: 0.01 a 0.1%, N: 0.01% o menos, Ti: 0.01 a 0.20%, y V: 0.01 a 0.50%, con el resto siendo Fe e impurezas incidentales. La porción de material base tiene una estructura que incluye una fase de ferrita que tiene un tamaño de grano promedio de 10 µm o menos en una fracción de área de 90% o más y un carburo a base de Ti, y que tiene un tamaño de grano promedio de 10 nm o menos y disperso en la fase de ferrita. El tubo de acero soldado tiene una alta tensión de rotura TS de 780 MPa o más y un equilibrio de resistencia-elongación TSxE1 de 15,000 MPa% o más. La diferencia ?HV en dureza Vickers entre la porción de material base y la porción soldada es de 60 puntos o menos.
