Abstract

Se proporciona una hoja de acero delgada de alta resistencia con una resistencia a la tracción de 1180 MPa o más con una excelente maleabilidad, una excelente resistencia a la fractura retardada de una hoja de acero base y una excelente resistencia a la fractura retardada de una soldadura de proyección, así como un método para su fabricación. La hoja de acero delgada de alta resistencia tiene una composición química que contiene C, Si, Mn, P, S, Al y N, mientras que el resto corresponde a Fe e impurezas inevitables, y una estructura compleja que contiene ferrita, martensita templada y bainita, en donde una fracción de volumen del total de martensita templada y bainita que contiene cinco o más carburos con un tamaño de partícula de 0.1 µm o más y 1.0 µm o menos en un grano con respecto al total de martensita templada y bainita es de 85% o más, en tanto que el % en masa de C y el % en masa de Mn una región de 20 µm o menos en la dirección del espesor desde una superficie de la hoja de acero es de 20% o menos con respecto al % en masa de C y el % en masa de Mn en una región de 100 µm o más y 200 µm o menos desde la superficie de la hoja de acero.
