Abstract

método para produzir uma zeólita. um método para produzir uma zeólita com si/al melhorado de acordo com a presente invenção inclui as etapas de: submeter uma zeólita sintetizada sem usar um agente orgânico direcionador de estrutura para troca iônica, assim obtendo uma zeólita de tipo sódio, de tipo próton, ou de tipo amônio; e colocar a zeólita submetida à troca iônica em contato com uma solução de sal de amônio, assim desaluminizando a zeólita. é preferível que o sal de amônio seja qualquer um dentre oxalato de amônio, fluoreto de amônio, fluorossilicato de amônio, fluoroborato de amônio, fluorofosfato de amônio, fluorotitanato de amônio e fluorozirconato de amônio. também é preferível que a zeólita após troca iônica seja exposta a vapor d?água, sendo, então, colocada em contato com a solução de sal de amônio.
