Abstract
POLIPEPTÍDEO MODIFICADO, POLINUCLEOTÍDEO, MICRO-ORGANISMO E MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR L-GLUTAMINA. A presente invenção se refere a um polipeptídeo modificado de glutamina sintetase com atividade melhorada, e a um método para produzir L-glutamina usando o mesmo. Uma vez que a produção de L-glutamina pode ser aumentada usando o polipeptídeo modificado inédito sem uma diminuição na taxa de crescimento, comparado às cepas tipo selvagem com atividade de glutamina sintetase, o polipeptídeo modificado pode ser amplamente usado para produção em massa de L-glutamina.
