aminoacil-trna sintetase introduzindo derivados de lisina de forma eficaz. é fornecido pela presenta invenção uma lisil-trna sintetase mutante, a qual é eliminada em um ou mais sítios selecionados a partir do seguinte grupo correspondente à sequência de aminoácidos de aminoacil-trna sintetase de tipo selvagem: 102º, 128º-140º e 159º-179º resíduos de aminoácidos. comparado com lisil-trna sintetase de tipo selvagem, a lisil-trna sintetase mutante de acordo com a presente invenção possui alta atividade, um alto nível de expressão e boa solubilidade, e pode aumentar significativamente a quantidade de um aminoácido não natural inserido e o nível de expressão de uma proteína alvo que contém um aminoácido não natural.
