Abstract

extração e refino de ceras cuticulares de vegetal a partir de dispersão aquosa com o uso de ajuste de temperatura e ph. trata-se de um método para extrair e refinar cera de material vegetal. resumidamente, o método compreende as etapas de (a) fornecer material vegetal que compreende cera cuticular, (b) dissociar a cera cuticular do material vegetal submetendo-se o dito material vegetal a um tratamento mecânico a seco e suspendendo o material tratado mecanicamente a seco, ou uma fração do mesmo, em uma solução aquosa que compreende enzimas protease e/ou pectinase, obtendo assim uma amostra que compreende cera cuticular derivada de vegetal e material vegetal com cera removida em uma suspensão aquosa, (c) solubilizar a cera cuticular derivada de vegetal aumentando-se a temperatura da amostra, (d) separar a suspensão em uma fração sólida e uma fração líquida que compreende cera cuticular derivada de vegetal fundida, (e) ajustar o ph e a temperatura da fração líquida para ph 5,5 ou inferior e 50 °c ou inferior, respectivamente, (f) separar a mistura em uma fração cerosa e uma fração aquosa, (g) recuperar a cera cuticular derivada de vegetal da fração cerosa.
