vaso de processamento de reação e método de processamento de reação. a presente invenção refere-se a um vaso de processamento de reação 10 que inclui um substrato 14 e uma canaleta do tipo sulco 12 formada na superfície superior 14a do substrato. a canaleta 12 inclui uma canaleta sinuosa de alta temperatura 35, uma canaleta sinuosa de temperatura média 37, e uma canaleta de frenagem de alta temperatura 45 e uma canaleta de frenagem de temperatura média 46 que são adjacentes à canaleta sinuosa de alta temperatura 35 e à canaleta sinuosa de temperatura média 37, respectivamente. as respectivas áreas em seção transversal da canaleta de frenagem de alta temperatura 45 e da canaleta de frenagem de temperatura média 46 são maiores do que as respectivas áreas em seção transversal da canaleta sinuosa de alta temperatura 35 e da canaleta sinuosa de temperatura média 37, respectivamente.
