Claims (11)
- 樹脂から成る基板と、前記基板の主面に形成された溝状の流路と、を備える反応処理容器であって、
前記流路は、底面および側面を含み、
前記流路の一部において、前記底面と前記側面とが曲面により接続され、
前記流路は、当該流路内を流れる試料から蛍光を検出するために励起光の照射を受ける検出流路を備え、
前記検出流路における前記底面は、前記基板の主面と平行な平面に形成されることを特徴とする反応処理容器。 - 前記流路は、当該流路内を流れる試料に所定の反応を起こさせるための反応流路を備え、
前記反応流路において、前記底面と前記側面とが曲面により接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の反応処理容器。 - 前記反応流路は、曲線状の流路と直線状の流路とを組み合わせた蛇行状の流路を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の反応処理容器。
- 前記反応流路の開口幅は、0.6mm〜1.1mmであり、前記反応流路における前記曲面の曲率半径は、0.2mm〜0.38mmであることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の反応処理容器。
- 前記反応流路の深さは、0.55mm〜0.95mmであり、前記反応流路のテーパ角は、10°〜30°であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の反応処理容器。
- 前記検出流路は、直線状の流路に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の反応処理容器。
- 前記基板は、前記検出流路の近傍にゲートを備えることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の反応処理容器。
- 前記基板は、前記検出流路に垂直な仮定垂直線と前記基板の端部との交点近傍にゲートを備えることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の反応処理容器。
- 前記基板は、直線状の前記検出流路を延長した仮定平行線と前記基板の端部との交点近傍にゲートを備えることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の反応処理容器。
- 前記検出流路の底面幅は、0.5mm〜0.8mmであることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の反応処理容器。
- 前記検出流路の深さは、0.8mm〜1.25mmであり、前記検出流路のテーパ角は、10°〜30°であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の反応処理容器。
