前記第2空気流路に配置され、前記第2空気連通口が前記吐出口と連通する状態と、前記第2空気連通口が大気圧に開放される状態とを切替可能な第2切替弁と、
前記ポンプ、前記第1切替弁および前記第2切替弁の動作を制御する制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部によって前記ポンプ、前記第1切替弁および前記第2切替弁を制御することにより、前記流路内の試料を前記第1温度領域と前記第2温度領域との間を往復移動させることで、前記流路内の試料にサーマルサイクルを与えることを特徴とする反応処理装置。 - 前記第1温度領域は前記流路の第1空気連通口側に位置し、前記第2温度領域は前記流路の第2空気連通口側に位置し、
前記制御部は、
試料を前記第1温度領域から前記第2温度領域に移動させるとき、前記ポンプから空気を吐出させるとともに、前記第1切替弁を前記第1空気連通口が前記吐出口と連通する状態且つ前記第2切替弁を前記第2空気連通口が大気圧に開放される状態にし、
試料を前記第2温度領域から前記第1温度領域に移動させるとき、前記ポンプから空気を吐出させるとともに、前記第1切替弁を前記第1空気連通口が大気圧に開放される状態且つ前記第2切替弁を前記第2空気連通口が前記吐出口と連通する状態にすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の反応処理装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記流路内で試料を停止させるとき、前記ポンプからの空気の吐出を停止させることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の反応処理装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記流路内で試料を停止させるとき、前記第1切替弁を前記第1空気連通口が大気圧に開放される状態にするとともに、前記第2切替弁を前記第2空気連通口が大気圧に開放される状態にすることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の反応処理装置。
- 前記第1切替弁および前記第2切替弁は、三方弁であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の反応処理装置。
- 試料が移動する流路と、前記流路の両端に設けられた一対の第1空気連通口および第2空気連通口とを備える反応処理容器と、
前記流路における前記第1空気連通口および前記第2空気連通口の間に、第1温度に維持された第1温度領域と、前記第1温度よりも高い第2温度に維持された第2温度領域とを提供する温度制御手段と、
試料を前記流路内で移動および停止させる送液システムと、
を備える反応処理装置であって、
前記送液システムは、
内部の圧力が前記反応処理装置の周辺環境の気圧より高く維持された加圧チャンバと、
前記加圧チャンバ内に配置された、吐出口から空気を吐出可能な単一のポンプであって、停止時に一次側と二次側の圧力が等しくなる単一のポンプと、
前記加圧チャンバ内の圧力を制御するための加圧チャンバ用ポンプと、
前記ポンプの前記吐出口と前記反応処理容器の前記第1空気連通口とを接続する第1空気流路と、
前記ポンプの前記吐出口と前記反応処理容器の前記第2空気連通口とを接続する第2空気流路と、
前記第1空気流路に配置され、前記第1空気連通口が前記吐出口と連通する状態と、前記第1空気連通口が前記加圧チャンバの内部空間に開放される状態とを切替可能な第1切替弁と、
前記第2空気流路に配置され、前記第2空気連通口が前記吐出口と連通する状態と、前記第2空気連通口が前記加圧チャンバの内部空間に開放される状態とを切替可能な第2切替弁と、
前記ポンプ、前記第1切替弁および前記第2切替弁の動作を制御する制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部によって前記加圧チャンバ内に配置された前記ポンプ、前記第1切替弁および前記第2切替弁を制御することにより、前記流路内の試料を前記第1温度領域と前記第2温度領域との間を往復移動させることで、前記流路内の試料にサーマルサイクルを与えることを特徴とする反応処理装置。 - 前記第1温度領域は前記流路の第1空気連通口側に位置し、前記第2温度領域は前記流路の第2空気連通口側に位置し、
前記制御部は、
試料を前記第1温度領域から前記第2温度領域に移動させるとき、前記ポンプから空気を吐出させるとともに、前記第1切替弁を前記第1空気連通口が前記吐出口と連通する状態且つ前記第2切替弁を前記第2空気連通口が前記加圧チャンバの内部空間に開放される状態にし、
試料を前記第2温度領域から前記第1温度領域に移動させるとき、前記ポンプから空気を吐出させるとともに、前記第1切替弁を前記第1空気連通口が前記加圧チャンバの内部空間に開放される状態且つ前記第2切替弁を前記第2空気連通口が前記吐出口と連通する状態にすることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の反応処理装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記流路内で試料を停止させるとき、前記ポンプからの空気の吐出を停止させることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の反応処理装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記流路内で試料を停止させるとき、前記第1切替弁を前記第1空気連通口が前記加圧チャンバの内部空間に開放される状態にするとともに、前記第2切替弁を前記第2空気連通口が前記加圧チャンバの内部空間に開放される状態にすることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の反応処理装置。
- 前記第1切替弁および前記第2切替弁は、三方弁であることを特徴とする請求項6から9のいずれかに記載の反応処理装置。
