Abstract
a presente se invenção refere a um processo para a preparação de um óleo vegetal refinado. ela se refere a um processo para reduzir o teor de cloropropanóis livres e ésteres de ácidos graxos de cloropropanol em um óleo vegetal e compreende as seguintes etapas na ordem: a) refinar um óleo vegetal, em que o refino compreende pelo menos uma etapa de desodorização à temperatura abaixo de 230°c, e submeter o óleo vegetal refinado a uma evaporação de caminho curto e coletar um óleo vegetal com um teor de cloropropanóis livres e ésteres de ácidos graxos de cloropropanol não superior a 500 ppb e uma cor expressa como componente vermelho igual ou inferior a 3,0.
