Abstract
a invenção refere-se a um método para produzir compostos mono-hidróxi-c4 a c13 a partir de uma fração de fundo que é obtida durante a destilação de uma mistura bruta de oxoaldeídos c4- a c13- a partir da hidroformilação catalisada por cobalto ou ródio, ou durante a destilação de uma mistura bruta de oxoálcoois c4- a c13-. o método é distinguido em que a fração de fundo, na presença de hidrogênio, é colocada em contato com um catalisador contendo óxido de cobre e óxido de alumínio a uma temperatura de 150°c a 300°c e uma pressão de 20 bar a 300 bar, o produto obtido de hidrogenação bruto é destilado, e a quantidade de compostos mono-hidróxi c4 a c13 que está contida no produto de hidrogenação bruto após a hidrogenação é maior do que a quantidade de compostos mono-hidróxi c4 a c13 que resultam estequiometricamente a partir da hidrogenação dos compostos éster e aldeído contidos na fração de fundo, incluindo os compostos mono-hidróxi c4 a c13 contidos na fração de fundo antes da hidrogenação.
