Abstract

novas luciferases e métodos de uso destas. a presente invenção refere-se a moléculas de ácido nucleico que codificam novas luciferases, fragmentos funcionais destas, homólogos e mutantes, assim como a proteínas codificadas pelos ditos ácidos nucleicos. as moléculas de ácido nucleico de interesse são isoladas de fungos ou obtidas por métodos de engenharia genética. da mesma forma, células hospedeiras, linhagens celulares estáveis e organismos transgênicos compreendendo as ditas moléculas de ácido nucleico são providos. além disso, anticorpos específicos das proteínas da presente invenção são providos. as ditas proteínas e ácidos nucleicos são usados em muitas aplicações e métodos, em particular, na marcação de organismos, células, organelas celulares ou proteínas. da mesma forma, as ditas composições de proteína e nucleotídeo são usadas em métodos para a detecção de interações proteína-proteína, para testar a atividade do promotor sob várias condições. finalmente, são providos kits para o uso de proteínas e ácidos nucleicos da presente invenção na diversidade de métodos e aplicações.
