Abstract
Polipéptido recombinante aislado que posee actividad pesticida, que comprende una secuencia de aminoácidos que posee por al menos 95% por ciento de identidad de secuencia con una secuencia de aminoácidos establecida en la SEQ ID Nº 150, en donde el polipéptido tiene actividad pesticida, y donde el polipéptido además comprende una secuencia de aminoácidos heteróloga. Además, se proveen composiciones que poseen actividad pesticida y métodos de uso de las mismas. Las composiciones incluyen polipéptidos aislados y recombinantes que poseen actividad pesticida, moléculas de ácidos nucleicos recombinantes y sintéticos que codifican los polipéptidos, construcciones de ADN y vectores que comprenden las moléculas de ácido nucleico y células huésped que comprenden los vectores. Las secuencias de polinucleótidos que codifican los polipéptidos pueden ser usadas en construcciones de ADN o casetes de expresión para la transformación y expresión en organismos de interés. Las composiciones y métodos provistos son útiles para producir organismos con una mayor resistencia o tolerancia a las plagas.
