Abstract
a presente invenção compreende: um detector de fluxo (30) que detecta o fluxo de um fluido pela abertura / fechamento de um corpo de válvula; uma unidade de controle (60) que detecta a abertura / fechamento do corpo de válvula do detector de fluxo (30) e que controla o estado de fluxo do fluido dentro do detector de fluxo (30) e um sensor de temperatura (s) que detecta a temperatura do fluido. a unidade de controle (60) compreende: um recurso de detecção de abertura / fechamento do corpo de válvula (61); um recurso de cálculo do tempo de abertura / fechamento real (63) que calcula, como um tempo de abertura / fechamento real, o tempo de quando o recurso de detecção de abertura / fechamento (61) detecta a abertura do corpo de válvula até que o mesmo detecte o fechamento dele durante um tempo de detecção definido; um recurso de armazenamento de correlação (64) que armazena a correlação entre a temperatura do fluido e uma faixa apropriada do tempo de abertura / fechamento que é apropriada para o corpo de válvula; um recurso de determinação do tempo de abertura / fechamento (66) que determina se o tempo real de abertura / fechamento está dentro ou fora da faixa de tempo apropriada de abertura / fechamento derivada por um recurso de derivação da faixa de tempo apropriada (65) e um recurso de transmissão de sinal anormal (67) que transmite um sinal anormal quando o tempo de abertura / fechamento real é determinado como fora da faixa. devido a essa configuração, os aumentos / diminuições no tempo de abertura / fechamento do corpo de válvula causados pela temperatura não são determinados como sendo anormais e as anormalidades em um dispositivo de alimentação de fluido devido à duração do tempo de abertura / fechamento do corpo de válvula podem ser determinadas.
