Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um método para a detecção de uma apolipoproteína e isótipo 4 (apoe4) ou seus fragmentos em uma amostra de sangue de um indivíduo, por meio da qual dito mé-todo compreende as etapas de colocar em contato dita amostra com uma fase sólida, colocar em contato dita amostra com pelo menos um aglutinante que se liga especificamente à apoe4 ou um fragmento desta, formando assim um complexo de apoe4-aglutinante, e detectar o complexo de apoe4-aglutinante.
